• At half the width of traditional concaves, KX7 MaxThresh concave assemblies deliver twice the flexibility in customizing your concaves to match your crops and conditions
• The angled threshing bar design results in earlier and faster threshing, leading to greater capacity and more time for separation as the crop travels down the rotor
• All threshing bars feature our exclusive laser cladding wear protection to extend the life of the part. This laser cladding also softens the edge of the threshing bar to avoid crop damage
• The box inserts in this concave assemblies are bolted in, allowing you to replace individual boxes if damage were incurred from ingesting a rock
• The threshing bars on the box inserts are welded from behind to the prevent crop ramping that occurs when welding on the face of the part
